Aptitude MCQ, Essay on 'Your Career Goals' or something similar, Combined HR & Technical interview. I was hired from campus, post B Tech.

Question 1
There was nothing unexpected. Started with self - intro, the interviewer checked my communication skills, and my attitude - asking about quizzing, basics about Linux, B Tech Project etc.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
