I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2012
Interview
Its a typical process. An aptitude test consisting of typical questions, followed by a technical & HR interview. For non-CS students, they as very trivial & easy-to-answer questions. Basically they look for candidates with communication skills & normal technical(read basic) knowledge. Nothing much required to prepare for campus recruitments in Accenture.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
