I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Neu-Delhi) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied through my college MAIT. First there was an AMCAT based test on day one.
Students of all branches were allowed to sit. Almost 800 students were eligible out of total 900 students. The test was held in three slots.Students were divided according to there branches.
The result were declared at around 7pm. Almost 600+ students cleared the test. It was damn easy one.
The next day interview was done.People in a group of 5 were called .It wa purely HR based interview.
Most Interviewer were asking only one question "Introduce yourself" and nothing else.
Same day result was announced around 400+ students got shortlisted.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
