I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Liverpool, England)
Interview
I applied online. Online, I answered some multiple choice questions. Once I had applied, I waited for around 2 weeks then got an email to book a phone interview time. I got to pick the time and date of the call. I decided to not take the call in the end, as I was offered another job.
Application online , video interview questions, in store interview, manager was cold and kept describing the job as hard that was available , got a no response next day , as manager described people staying only 4 weeks due to work to hard , you think he takes on older mature person, his loss for reliability staff
Was an online interview they asked why I want to work for aldi why do I think I’d be a good fit and what’s a time you delivered excellent customer service

Question 1
What’s a time you delivered excellent customer service
Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.
