Online application, Video interview, individual assessment and then a day on location. Process takes a long time to complete and very tedious
Video interview seems stiff and awkward and cant connect the way you would in a face to face interview

What’s a time you delivered excellent customer service
Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.
