3 rounds: filling out questionnaire on customer service, zoom interview, english written and numerical skills test. Invited to meet the store manager and then was accepted. Part of zoom interview involved responding to a video call and having a limited time to answer.
Application online , video interview questions, in store interview, manager was cold and kept describing the job as hard that was available , got a no response next day , as manager described people staying only 4 weeks due to work to hard , you think he takes on older mature person, his loss for reliability staff

What’s a time you delivered excellent customer service
Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.
