AFRY Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I interviewed with AFRY Solutions and went through multiple rounds, including a coding test, a technical discussion with an Indian manager, and a technical/managerial discussion with a Swedish manager. The interview process itself was structured and smooth, and I received positive feedback from HR, which gave me confidence about the opportunity. However, after completing all rounds, I experienced a long silence. It has been more than two weeks since my final interview, and despite following up with HR through email, I have not received any response or clarity on the status. The process felt professional during the interviews, but the lack of timely communication after the final round was disappointing. A more transparent and responsive follow-up would make the candidate experience much better.
