The interview itself was smooth. However, they did not get back to me after the HR interview or even reply to my emails. I did not qualify for the second round but they didn't inform me. After 2 months the application status in the job portal just appeared as rejected. But there was no communication from their end.

I applied through LinkedIn. After a week they send me a mail to answer 3 questions on a video based platform where you are recording yourself. The first question was to introduce yourself in German. After a week they send me an e-mail where they invited me to come to the company and have like a recruitment day, it was scheduled almost 2 weeks after the mail. The interview in their company had a very nice structure where we were separated in groups and firstly introduced to the company and what are they working on, what are the searching for and etc. Than we had 2 projects tasks. First one was individually performed were we did an analysis and forecast on Plants. The second one was a team work where we needed to do a presentation on a given topic. In the end we received personal feedback from the company and how did we perform during the day. In conclusion it was a very pleasant day.
