ADP Team Leader interview questions

The interview process was simple, they asked general questions and was more interested in my previous company than offering a job, I told them why I was looking for a change in my career.

- Not on time. - Unwanted wait - Talent acquisition asks technical questions and rates the candidate. - The HR/recruiting guys should be aware of the profile in market and then judge the candidate . Also if he/she is not aware of the profile he should not conclude on the candidate.
