I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Hyderabad) in Sep 2017
Interview
I got the opportunity by attending a campus pool drive. We were first filtered through an online test of aptitude, coding, and quants. After clearing the first round, I had to go through a technical interview.
The interview went fine but by the time I was done with the interview it was already too late. ( btw for some reason the company always conducts interviews and drives in the afternoon and then reschedules it for later time because of lack of time ). I was told that I would be getting a call from the HR for further rounds. After two full weeks, I finally got a call and called me for another round of interview at the ADP office. Later another round was conducted( technical ). It was a total of 3 technical rounds and an HR. All of the rounds seemed to go fine, the people interviewing me also felt reasonably impressed by my profile and everything looked fine. Later the night I got a call from HR that I got selected but I might have to relocate to Pune. Upon agreeing to that the HR said and I quote " okay, I will put you up for the process of Pune " upon questioning what was the process for Pune, he said, that I had to go through everything again, all the rounds and everything I did till date was of no value. Even after that, I agreed to proceed with the "process", then a week later I got a call from Pune department and had an on phone interview. Then another week went by and I was given no response. Upon checking up with the HR he said that I was not shortlisted in the telephonic round.
My complaints about the process:- The HR seemed really unaware of the positions he had available and most of the times did not bother to respond back until I contacted him ( I waited about two weeks before I called ). The process on campus drives is much worse cause sometimes they wouldn't even announce the results for the first round for a few batches just because they had enough qualified applicants in the early rounds, leaving every person in the remaining batches who travelled there and waited till the night in disregard.
The hiring department seemed to have no proper communication, my second technical interview wasn't even reported back to the HR and even went so far to claim I failed to be present for the interview.
Even after completing and running around the company for approximately two months, they asked me to go through everything again, just because they miscalculated the available positions in the area.
