ADP Sales Manager interview questions

Although I had numerous recommendations, internally and externally, it was obvious this was a pre-determined selection. However, I gave it my best and after 2 years it was evident they realized they had made a bad decision. Not that. They should have hired me, but they should not have had a pre-determined selection.

Met with the VP, then 2 current managers and answered basic questions about my previous experience and knowledge. Was brought back to meet an additional VP and then hired. All were very friendly and engaged with me on a more peer-to-peer level. All seemed to like to me and I had a good feeling about getting hired after leaving the interview. They called and made me an offer the second I got home.
