ADP Outside Sales Representative interview questions

-interview with recruiter -interview over the phone -interview via zoom -Interview was WAY shorter than I thought it would be. Seemed like the guy was busy while he was interviewing me and uninterested. Felt like they didn't give me the time of day at all and was a bit disrespectful.

Be ready to sell yourself. Best way to sell yourself is by asking questions which sets you up to tell your story and close the sale on yourself. Go to buy a car and see how the salesperson ask what you're looking for and then he directs you in that direction. Be ready to ask about the next steps in the hiring process.
