ADP Member-Technical interview questions

1.) First round will be an HR round to test you as a person. ADP considers the personality of the person to be more important than the technical ability as it believes Technical abilities can be trained and improved but not the inherent characteristics of a person. Its just an general discussion about you likes and dislikes and your opinion on some given situations basically testing your mindset and communication. Once the HR is convinced that you are a good person, you are into the next tech rounds. 2.) Tech rounds include basic of coding like Arrays, find the area of a circle, triangle in any language you are comfortable with, print the odd nos between given set of numbers etc. No too difficult. 3.) One you are through with the tech rounds HR will again talk to you regarding joining formalities.
