ADP Sr. Growth Marketing Manager interview questions

Half hour call with the recruiter in which he asked mostly basic resume/experience questions. This was straightforward and informative and provided all the necessary detail. Set up the interview with the hiring manager at the end of that call. Hiring manager shows up to the (virtual) interview wearing a T-shirt and baseball cap. Extremely unprofessional and off-putting. Fairly standard interview questions from that point.
