On December 11, 2024, I attended an interview at ADP Company through Transcendence Human Resources, following instructions to arrive by 3 PM. I arrived early at 2:30 PM, yet I had to wait for an hour before the first round of interviews commenced. After successfully completing that round, the HR representative indicated that I would progress to the next stage. However, I was kept waiting for an additional two hours before being invited for the second round, which I believed went well. The interviewer asked me to wait for further proceedings, and after approximately 45 to 50 minutes, I was called for the next round.
During this stage, the interviewer posed basic questions to which I provided comprehensive responses, receiving positive feedback, such as remarks of "good" and "perfect," from the interviewer. However, I was subsequently informed that the HR personnel had left for the day and that I would hear back regarding my application status.
Despite a minor accident on my way home, I retained optimism about my interview performance, convinced that my efforts would yield positive results. The following day, I reached out to my recruiter at Transcendence Human Resources for feedback, only to learn that it was still pending. After a day of anticipation, I followed up again and learned that I had not been selected for the position.
I am left questioning the reason for my rejection, as I did not receive any valid explanation. This lack of constructive feedback, coupled with the prolonged and uncertain interview process, has left me thoroughly disappointed. It is my opinion that the overall experience was unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
