Interview was Informal, casual. It was a remote interview. Multiple interviewees seemed genuinely nice. Liked the diversity and HR policies as well as benefits. Flexibility of schedule seemed reasonable and met my needs

It was a smooth and easy process, but stay confident, and self-introduction is the main one, and they asked me to tell them about our company, ADP.
1st Round - Online Assessment
In which they asked one Python coding question and 30 MCQs to test our aptitude and logical reasoning
Screening with talent acquisition person that was thirty minutes, I had a phone interview for an hour then an in person interview.None of the people were the same except the original recruiter throughout the process
