Several phone interviews with recruiters. First interview with a contract recruiter. Second with an internal recruiter. And third with an HR Director. Since it was a new position, it was a bit chaotic as far as what they were looking for. They did not have a firm grasp of what they wanted from a candidate.

Had an initial phone consultation, about 20 minutes with an HR person from the states. Very stereotypical questions, incredibly inpersonal left me feeling like I would be a cog in the machine not a valued employee. Was never contacted again, I cannot understand how a company with a big recruitment portal can't at least provide a stock email with "unfortunately we won't be taking you forward in the process"
