I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process starts with a call from a recruiter. They ask basic level questions meant to match up your personality to the company. The next step is a facet to face or FaceTime interview with the regional VP. He asks the basic interview questions and sticks to trying to make you answer exactly how he wants you to answer. The next step is the ride along. This is when you go out with a top performer and see their everyday routine. You will also participate in prospecting AKA randomly talking to people and trying to get on their calendars and make appointments. This was a lot of fun but at the same time extremely helpful to learn from. The last step is the role play. You are given a scenario and told to sell the product. IT is pretty straight forward and if you prepare and ask good questions you'll get the job.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I went through 5 rounds of interviews, a salws role play activity, and zi had to create a sales presentation just to get a No. I honestly think it was one of the most exhausting and worst interviewing process I have ever gone through. I am so glad I do not work there. I do not recommend at all.
The interview process typically involves multiple stages, including screening calls, in-person or virtual interviews, and may include tests or assessments12345. The key steps in the interview process include:

Direkt initiativ beworben, 3 Interviews geführt (HR, Sales Management, Senior Leadership), Angebot erhalten, Konditionen ok, Vertrag unterschrieben - Prozess war ok und ADP ist für jeden ein gutes Pflaster um Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
