I applied online. I interviewed at ADP in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online and a day later received an email to schedule a phone interview through a link provided. I was called by a person for a phone interview. It seemed very automated. The person asked me about my background, basically basic questions about my education. Then she went on to ask questions about my experience, very specific questions and was looking for specific answers. I would have to talk very slowly in order for her to type up the responses and she would keep asking me to repeat myself. It was very annoying to deal with. I was starting to lose my train of thought and forget what the question was because she was so focused on typing up the responses. Honestly, ADP is known for HR solutions so maybe they need to work on improving their HR first!

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied back in November 2016 and received an email in December to set up a phone interview. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and it was basically someone reading questions and typing answers. Didn't really get much input from this interview. I asked some questions that the person was unable to answer. And then in January 2017, I received another email to schedule another phone interview with one of the team members. The interview was more of a conversation. More unconventional questions were asked. I guess to gauge someone's character. About a week or so, I received another email to inform me that I am moving to the next step which is an in-person interview. The interview lasted about an hour. It was a panel interview with 2 managers that were in the office and 2 other managers were conferenced in. They made the whole process comfortable. They were very informative and again, it was more conversational rather than the usual formal interview.
