I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Process was a phone interview, manager interview and the 3rd stage group. I didn’t make it to the 3rd stage as the job description which was technical support did not match the actual responsibilities of the consultant which is more about client behavior.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Alpharetta, GA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I received a request for a phone screening about 1.5 weeks after applying for the job. The phone screening lasted 30 minutes and was very basic questions regarding my resume.
Later that day I was asked to complete two online assessments. The first was about 20 minutes and consisted of basic questions. The second was one hour long. The first 30 minutes was a simulation of a customer service software, taking calls and selecting answers while navigating the program. The second half was questions asking how I would deal with different situations (basic personality testing).
Later that week I was asked to come in for a face to face interview and was given a selection of days and times. The interview was 1 hour long. I received an email prior listing ways to prepare. If you follow the list, you will be more than prepared. My interviewer was very nice and conversational, and asked basic questions that pertained to the job and my working style. Within 24 hours I received a job offer.
I completed the job application on their Adp website. I received an email about a phone interview within a week. The phone interview was basic questions about myself, my job duties at my current job, how much I made at my current job and how much I would like to make at Adp. I received another email about another interview but it was video. The only times available was the next morning. I received emails about what may be asked, pointers on how to do an video interview and to update my application. I was told after my second interview I will hear from them about any job offers within a week. I received a phone call stating they will be going with another candidate and they encourage me to apply for another position with the company.
