Interview
The interview process with ADP RPO was very thorough. Initially I was contacted by their internal recruiter who saw my profile on LinkedIn and sent me an email with several questions. I provided answers to their questions and she contacted me again a week later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 45min. Overall I had about 4-5 interviews with employees of ADP and had an onsite interview with the actual client I'd be supporting.

Panel interview and an opportunity to tour and see a job preview. Met with people in the role and leadership in the company as well. There was a phone interview initally that dug into my past jobs and what I did in each role.
