Easy on questions and quick process. Role play and shadowing during interview. Drug screen and background check. Hiring managers ok and easy to work with. Micro managed everyone 100 dials a day no matter what.
Surprisingly unprofessional. ADP has reached out to me 5-10 times over the years to interview. I finally accepted an initial telephone interview with a recruiter. She was 15 minutes late to the meeting, which is fine that happens - but then she told me it was because the line at Starbucks was really long. Then I interview with the Hiring Manager. He was very disinterested the whole time, said they had a lot of candidates, then I just didn't hear back from anyone despite me following up requesting feedback. I can't say that I've ever been ghosted by a company like this before. Kind of amusing....

Interview
15 minutes, she was very clear about what answers she wanted. Even though this is an entry level position, they wanted someone who was only focused on a sales career. Didn't want anybody who was wishy-washy.
