3M Marketing interview questions

Interview was with one other candidate. Invitation to Interview took about 2 weeks to come. Offer was made one week after the interview. Mainly focuses on how well you know marketing, and whether you have any experience conducting primary research.

We had a quick introduction with the other candidates and discussed things we did in school and previous work experience. We were asked some questions regarding the company and also had an opportunity to talk to the hiring manager in a group/ alone. The hardest part was leaving an impression. You had to show that you were different and best suited for the role amongst other candidates.
