Is Director (industry) considered senior management or still middle management?

What’s happening at BDO - seems like everyone is quitting for other Big 4.

Can i get a job at company that my big4 is the auditor of? I applied for a company and it said “check this box if you have worked at Deloitte before”. I guess Deloitte is their auditor, but my question is, if i wasnt on the audit team, and I wasnt even in audit… AND they werent even my consulting client, is that okay?

I had a second-round interview with the hiring manager and director for a Product Owner role at Intact Canada on June 1. I followed up with HR afterward asking about next steps but haven’t received a response. It’s been about a week.
