I have a strong interview anxiety. I know I have a great potential because of my work ethic, values, experiences, and qualities as a person. But, how can I prove that to the panel if I'm super nervous and forget what to say at the moment. My anxiety ruins my opportunity to show them that I'm a great fit. After approximately 4 applications, mental fatigue sets in. I am considering using some form of Agentic AI to scan LinkedIn and apply for matching jobs.
