      Great company, great colleagues, nice culture and good parties.

      Salary, benefits etc. was ok but not great.

      Pros

      Company was ok when I joined , I enjoyed working here and learned things from my seniors. Seniors were very helpful more like a friend. No timing and Leave issues. Good company to start as a fresher.

      Cons

      Lacking in full managemnet. Project management is the big issue, enviroment is also not great as compared before. Lacking of testing devices.

We're glad you felt that senior employees were able to mentor and train our new employees and set them up for success. We certainly agree that this is a great place for entry level employees to succeed and grow into essential players of the organization. I'm sorry you felt we didn't care enough about our employees.
