Australian company, decent culture. CEO about to retire. Good projects and opportunities to work on. Decent pay package and benefits although no bonus structure for most levels.

Cons

Some level of favoritism and bureaucracy like most places. Don't know how to retain talent long term. Very lean operations and margins, no cushion built into their model for the ups and downs in the market.
