Benefits, 4 day work week & lots of projects to keep employees into the future. excellent compensation, insurance and good leadersip at the 1st and 2nd levels of supervision.

Cons

The continuing change of work processes caused confusion,as well as poor communication between departments. There is very little to complain about my experience there.

Friendly atmosphere, clear guidelines, challenging projects, broad range of disciplines in engineering and beyond. Reasonable benefits. Good environment for growth.

Cons

Offices are too spread, it is desirable for the company to be located in one building. More opportunities for growth.

Good international experience available, but they tend to recruit from low cost centres which do not add value to projects and actually cost clients due to their lack of experience.

Cons

senior management which does not come from a process background are making catestrophic project decisions which are ruining projects.
