      Pros

      People are generally friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Micro manager who promotes competition within team which generates a hostile work environment. Work life balance is non existent and stuff are expected to check emails and respond to emails at all times. Staff subjected to manager's mood.

      Pros

      If you know the right people, you'll be fine and you don't have to work hard.

      Cons

      If you're a hard worker, you'll be exploited and good luck getting promoted. Some people that have been there a long time know how to work the system and the people above them so they can get promoted. It's almost ridiculous how many Managers and Sr Managers they have and the best part is some of them don't even have any employees under them. So who are they managing? They tell us we can apply for jobs they post, but they blatantly tell us to our faces that they are hiring someone from outside of the company. Many times the jobs are not even posted internally and next thing you know there is a new person.
