Lots of growth throughout the company and many opportunities for those willing to work hard.

Cons

On demand division runs a very lean operating model with very few people. You have to do a lot of work with minimal support staff.

Very relaxed management, No surprises, 6 week-40 hours per week-paid training.

Cons

Relatively low compensation. Job itself is boring. 8 hours a day sitting down. New drivers often work nights and split shifts.
