      Pros

      great pay, decent benefits, easy-ish work, relaxed environment (for the most part) was an amazing place to work before covid

      Cons

      mediocre management and HR is a nightmare to get a hold of for any reason (especially if you work graveyard shift like me) vaccinations are mandatory

      People are only out for themselves, changes made with no proper thought. Everyone is too busy protecting themselves.

      Pros

      Reasonably good salary for skills required. Can't think of much else.

      Cons

      The shift pattern. Different start/finish times each day. Switching from early (4am-6am) starts to late (11pm-2am) finishes every 3 or 4 days. Working every second weekend. Basic depot facilities with just microwaves for hot food. Poor career advancement opportunities. HR Dept are largely anonymous and inadequate at simple tasks.
