Pros

Close to home. If you just need a job, they are always hiring.

Cons

They mandate you on your off days every week. They don't care about their employees. The union reps half way want to help you. Management want u to show good customer service, however they don't show towards their employees. There is only one HR and one payroll person and they always messing up. The buses are always breaking down.

Pros

Convenient job if you’re a student(work in between classes) Most of the coworkers are nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Students get upset at you for following company and university policy. Pay could be better considering most of the surrounding companies pay $14+ an hour.

Pros

This job has an excellent CDL training program that has no contract in place so you have freedom to drive elsewhere the moment you obtain your license.

Cons

Racist climate, no advancement opportunities, management is new and not on the same page, payroll makes a lot of mistakes, very unapologetic about management errors. Unethical company all around even HR regional directors are rude and unprofessional about handling issues. Southwest region does not follow same company policy at all, seems as if everyone is just winging it, and employees suffer very badly.
