Helpful supervisors Full time hours Schedule could vary if you’re EB You get a meal break You are in charge of whatever happens on your bus

If you’re new you don’t get much schedules to choose from. People who get on bus could be sick and make you sick. Some passengers will be rude.

Pros

If you enjoy doing for others, Transdev is a wonderful job for you. Being a driver for Transdev is one of the greatest work experiences that I have ever had and by far the most fulfilling. The greatest part is that you get paid to learn safe driving skills not just for on the job purposes, but personal leisure as well.

Cons

You will experience fatigue if you are not good at managing your diet and sleep patterns. Be prepared to dedicate yourself to the minimum 13.5 hrs every day that you are on the road. The worse part is that you may have one or two not so friendly in-house experiences.

Pros

While I did not favor this company, it was a decent, steady job that allowed me to provide for myself and family.

Cons

Low starting pay, with poor training. New Bus Operators are often required to operate bus routes that they have not been trained to operate.
