Pros

Lots of opportunities within the company. They also have great people, and a solid company financially with lots of great benefits.

Cons

There was often a lack of communication at all levels of the company. At the team level, people did not not what management was doing, and there are so many different procedures, metrics, etc. its difficult to know what's going on.
