Pros

Great company to start your career. TI invests a lot in teaching New College Grads and promotes from within.

Cons

There is an apparent age gap in the engineering workforce. Many engineers left TI after 7 to 10 years. The experienced engineers that stayed have been there for their entire careers, 20+ years.
