Pros

Challenging and fast paced work, prevents you from getting bored. Handled COVID very well

Cons

A little too much politics. Metrics are always changing and too dynamic to catch up to.

Pros

The quality of people at TI is one of the most positive reasons to work for this company. Everyone wants you to succeed and learn, and is willing to assist in that endeavor.

Cons

Very process oriented and with regards to technology development they would definitely be classified as a follower. This level of risk aversion keeps PFO high, but ultimately can feel like it causes stagnation.
