Unreachable goals If you hit your goal but don't make 50 calls a day you don't get commission If you hit your goal and make 50 calls a day but don't sell other ridiculous product called Remote Management, you don't get commission Favoritism at its best. Senior sales have their favorites. Colleagues will steal your leads every single day They keep bragging about their nonexistent 'great' culture

Good product, challenging and dynamic environment

Cons

The company does not people into focus at all. The Human Resources literally don't care for things like accommodation and paper work for the employees.
