commissions - if you are motivated and dont mind screwing people over to have higher billings

Cons

EVERYTHING - sexism, no focus on customers just how to get money out of them as much as possible, be prepared to be belittled and ridiculed - especially if you are a woman

Great office atmosphere. People are very welcoming and friendly. Product is very good and growing quickly in the market

Cons

Feel needs to be more aggressive in sales strategy to get greater market share. Also feel their could be better collaboration between sales teams

Cons

Tone is not very nice anymore, many times rude and aggressive, expectations and pressure too high, no work-life balance, no social or environmental conscience
