They treat developers poorly

Pros

They have snacks. The Dev manager was awesome but he quite. The hours were ok It was in a good location.

Cons

They treated the developers poorly. The project managers and the CTO were rude to the developers when there were bugs in the code. They should know working that when developers write software that there are going to be bugs every know and again. They didn't have QA testers.

Pros

Unlimited PTO was very nice to have.

Cons

When you use your Unlimited PTO you are knocked because it brings your numbers down. There are no standard operating procedures and everyone does what they want. This leads to confusion from the clients and frustration from internal employees. Projects are sold at 1/3 of their actual size and that results in a lot of client escalations because there is always an increase in time/budget.

Pros

A well organized company that is innovative and quick to address any issues as they occur. A diverse and energetic team is held together by strong management. A very transparent culture exists and allows employees to speak freely with upper management in a positive and inclusive environment. There is roadmap for training if employees wish to further their skills.

Cons

Growth at this rate can be taxing on employees. But the teams keep adjusting as necessary.
