Pros

I still love working at Salesforce after many years. Realistic targets, great stakeholder, great spirit within the company. In the sales roles, expectations are high though. Salesforce is "fair" in a way that top performers earn top salaries way higher than OTE. For people looking for a high OTE, Salesforce nowadays is rather in the mid-range.

Cons

Salesforce got complex, especially as main Account Manager, to stay on track with all the solutions in the portfolio. Especially for Go-To-Market roles, you should be eager to self-learn and curious for technology if you are not Salesforce-aware yet. Onboarding is not really covering the new complexity Salesforce has and top performers are normally people who can cover many clouds of our portfolio. New joiners might need time (or luck) to get on track.
