      Pros

      Get to work on some great and varied projects over a variety of different sectors. A nice group of people with great technical knowledge in their fields.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance. Expected to work unpaid/ unrecognised overtime to keep up with deadlines on projects. Lack of appreciation of your efforts from management, even when extra unpaid time is put in.

      It is a nice place to start and has good working environment. High technically experienced staffs are available.

      Cons

      It is hard to be promoted as the nature of job characteristics requires too much work in the lower level employees.

      Pros

      I love the flexibility to choose my own career path. I also loved the flexibility of choosing my schedule and transferring offices.

      Cons

      Salary limitations of staying at same job throughout career. Principals are not consistently mentoring staff across company. I had to work to find a good fit.
