      Pros

      You get to work with people from all over the world. The technology is not is a bit old, but works well if you get familiar.

      Cons

      More visibility, but growth is less. You have to remain in same position as most higher management are there since years.

      Pros

      Some very committed and talented people. Decent but dated technology

      Cons

      No planning or strategic vision, lost their way and just splashing around Stagnant organization. Senior management are all "yes men" covering their backs and nobody wants to address underlying issues in case they are fired. The performance review process is comical and meaningless - get rid of it. Very little opportunity for personal growth.

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, 90% of employees have ability to work from home- depending on Manager. Support has a secret but happy world where they are rewarded by their peers & showered with perks & special days from their managers.

      Cons

      Seeing the same administrative mistakes & headaches day after day means nothing if you aren't in Sales. Managers never go back to ECOM because it will likely result in their demise
