      You get Work Life Balance here, at least for me. You get Onsite Opportunity based on project. Good equipments to work with. Free Food

      Cons

      Boring Environment- You will feel like you are working in factory. you come, do some work eat do some work go home. No extra activity. Dull HR/Admin and talent management team Sheety Food - Free food but one day you can say "Hey guys, I got moskitos in my plate." but other teamate says,"Thats nothing I got big cockroach in my plate". So you can really enjoy food here. No Parking space for second shift employees. Team politics Rude Admin Department

      Great people who are willing to help one learn how to get issues for customers resolved.

      Cons

      "New management" does not compare year over year improvement for each individiual, but compares that to individuals that have been doing the "job" for decades.

      Salary is ok.. rest not good.. some of the team leader are good not all of them.. they are always on critical..

      Cons

      Very high politics with in the team.. team leader start all the politics.. no respect for new joinee.. no proper guide.. self survive.. as chicken in a cage. Cant determine what process in happening.. daily process change by leader. 9 hours work always extended to 12 hour. Had to grow..
