      - lot of good research/development in the CTO - balanced worklife - excellent carrer opportunities - lateral movement encouraged - opportunity to get lot of visibility outside the company

      - too much internal politics - too many people empowered to say 'no'

      Pros

      They are good about allowing time-off as long as current projects are wrapped up or given to somebody else. The company is relatively stable.

      Cons

      The company is a typical corporate bureaucracy. You only get information on an "as needed" basis. Many departments are understaffed. There is no recognition of talent anywhere. Nobody is held accountable for anything. When a "miracle" is performed, they expect it over and over again.
