      Technology is cool, fun and interesting. Technical prowess is recognized by management, no matter what level of contributor you are. Very little politics due to above. Ideas and hard work is rewarded Range of technology is great so can work on different things every few years if looking for a change

      Cons

      Work is offered as an all you can eat buffet. Sometimes i eat too much of it. The challenge to continually win means you are always on the hunt. my personality is drawn to this but others see it as conflict
