Very international, exposure to many markets (from a HQ corporate job perspective), great middle management teams, very rewarding true business mission: to support small businesses

Cons

Stone Age IT systems, all top management appointments are done "from the echelon" of Metro veterans, very male dominant, very hypocritical

Work-life balance is ok. Good campus and working condotions. Social programms and kindergarten for employees children. Nice city with very good infrastructure.

Cons

Slow decision making process. Strong hirarchy in corporate structure. Non-transparent company's culture. Low level of trust in people. Not business driven head office.
