Pros
The new CEO has completely transformed the company culture from a lethargic, sleepy and political place to a dynamic, nimble footed, customer focused and performance oriented organization. There is a clear strategy in place, execution has improved multiple times and the business results in the recent past have been fantastic. It's great to be part of this winning team!
Cons
Some old disgruntled employees who have survived in the past by playing politics and sycophancy are spreading negativity as they realize that their game is up. They have to now perform to survive. It's best to let go of these people asap as they are a hugely negative force.
