      Pros

      Good learning enviroment, colleagues.

      Cons

      Not very clear where they are heading, lots of projects without clear result target. Some no value add, personal life/ work not very well balanced.

      Pros

      Good work environment, created mostly by the close knit teams themselves; sort of a we take care of our own. Heavy decentralization, good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Lower than market salary structures. Senior management believes all employees are expendable. Unstable vision and frequent cycles of management reshuffle / layoffs. Unclear strategy and vision, that is re-invented every 1-2 years.

      Pros

      Over the past few months, Metro C&C India has become a great place to work and is the most sought after retail company to work for. With the change in the leadership there is lot of positivity around and each employee has a complete clarity on the short and long term vision of the company. One can say its all about One Team One Dream which has only been made by possible due to the new visionary leadership which is now continuously looking for bring in a positive change in everything possible. There is a lot that is happening and each one is striving for excellence to make a difference

      Cons

      There were some people who could not get accustomed to this new ways of working and hence were not able to carry on with this new performance driven culture and hence stepped out. Hence there is no room for complacency any more
