Exciting technology, nice facilities and benefits package, good location with decent rail, road and air links. On site gym and restaurant

Cons

Very reactive organisation, always seems to be chasing its tail and not looking ahead to the future. Old school culture of not wanting to share undone nation and trying to have 'hero' engineers. Could do with a influx of fresh young talent.

The Facilities are some of the best around, flexi time allows either Friday afternoons off or you can save the time and earn an extra 12 days holiday per year.

Cons

Lack of career path and recognition for the additional work that engineers do outside of their role. Poorly paid for level of technical skills engineers are offering the company

Pay is ok. Lots of of good people to work with Lots of good talk about how things are going to be done...

Cons

... however it never gets done that way. Management come up with plans that have no bearing on reality. People are viewed as resource and thrown at a problem, regardless of whether they have the skills or capabilities. No comeback for people who perform extremely poorly. Results in a small number of people doing most of the work for the rest of the coasters. Very poor at rewarding these high achievers. Most people are pointless documents pushers who are more interested in finding reasons not to do something
