Flexible working arrangement, good canteen, intellectually stimulating work, good pension, and they throw training at you

Cons

Changing working practices is hard - some of the ways we work are archaic Underpaid for the industry - a grad in the centre of town can get 40K and I'm here with 20 years experience for just over 25% more?

Programme cost and schedule baselines are frequently unrealistic Still a very weak matrix organisation where the projects' outputs are in the hands of the functions - who are often not motivated to deliver to your time of cost constraints Drive to succeed is often focused on just a few individuals putting in some very long hours
